Admissions Requirements
Review the age, academic, and language requirements for each program.
Requirements
- Printed application form.
- 2 pcs of 2×2 picture with white background.
- Photocopy of Form 138 – and recent report card. Original copy must be presented.
- Good Moral Character.
- Photocopy of latest Transcript of Records or Certificate of Grades from previous school year. Original copy must be presented.
- Bring original copy of birth certificates from PSA.
- Receipt of the non-refundable Php 500 (Filipino) $100 (Foreigner)Qualifying Examination fee (pay at cashier).
